Membership provides access to the following:

- Dr. Phillips cell phone number for medical questions. Have 24/7 access to your doctor through whatever method works best for you – office visits, phone, email, text, video visits. 
- Urgent care appointments which we triage by phone- virtual, in person, or via text!
- Chronic disease management & annual preventative health visits without a co-pay. 
- Longer visits.  Dr. Phillips will take the time you need to develop a trusted patient physician relationship.
- An at-cost medication formulary including the majority of primary care medications. Save on chronic and acute medications with some price savings over 90% lower than the lowest available retail price.
- Discounted labs, imaging, and pathology testing. Through agreements with national suppliers we are able to pass our prices on to you!
- Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy.  Dr. Phillips is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.  She adheres to the tenets of osteopathic medicine in her approach to diagnosis and treatment, and OMT is included in treatment plans where applicable.
