Cannabis Therapy Education

-
Members with Georgia THC Waivers: Dr. Phillips issues THC waivers (medical cannabis cards) on a case-by-case basis, in compliance with Georgia state law. Patients with a waiver from Dr. Phillips must maintain a monthly primary care membership in the practice and remain under her care in order to maintain the waiver. Membership is $85 per month and our education evaluation is $149 (one time fee).

-
Non-Member Counseling & Education: We provide in-depth guidance and education for non-members seeking to use cannabis therapy safely. Dr. Phillips evaluates each patient, collaborating with Jennifer to create a personalized dosing regimen. This service costs $149 and is available to:
-
Patients with THC waivers from other doctors who need more in-depth guidance on how to dose CBD/THC.
-
Individuals needing education on using CBD effectively at lower, legal doses (no THC waiver required in Georgia).
-
Those uncertain about whether they need a waiver to use cannabis safely or how to do so effectively.
-
People exploring if cannabis could benefit their condition and seeking answers about whether it’s right for them.
-
This service is available to any patient and membership is not required

We are committed to supporting all patients, whether using THC under a waiver or cannabis for medicinal purposes within legal limits. Referrals are accepted from specialists and other health care centers state-wide and we are telehealth-capable.
