Membership Pricing
In order to be a patient in our practice, you pay a monthly membership fee that covers all office visits, some testing, and physicals. There are no copays or deductibles, and we do not bill insurance. Freedom from insurance companies means that we can care for you via email, virtual, phone, in-office, or in your home! We have regular office hours as well, so we can accommodate all your primary care needs. Scroll below to see all the benefits of membership!

- Dr. Phillips cell phone number for medical questions after hours. Have 24/7 access to your doctor and receive care through whatever method works best for you – office visits, phone, email, text, or video visits.
- Urgent care appointments which we triage by phone- virtual, in person, or via text!
- Chronic disease management & annual preventative health visits without a co-pay--as many as you need.
- Longer visits. Dr. Phillips will take the time you need to develop a trusted patient physician relationship.
-Deeply discounted generic medications available. Save on chronic and acute medications with some price savings over 90% lower than the lowest available retail price. Shipped to your home or pick up in office.
- Discounted labs, imaging, and pathology testing. Through agreements with national suppliers we are able to pass our prices on to you!
- Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy and Perineural Injection Therapy. Our Doctors adhere to the tenants of osteopathic medicine in their approach to diagnosis and treatment, and OMT and PIT is included in treatment plans where applicable.
