Primary Care Membership Pricing

In order to be a patient in our practice, you pay a monthly membership fee that covers all office visits, some testing, and physicals. There are no copays or deductibles, and we do not bill insurance. We have lots of patients with insurance so you can still use your insurance for specialists, hospitalizations, and needed testing. Freedom from insurance companies means that we can care for you via email, virtual, phone, in-office, or in your home! We have regular office hours as well, so we can accommodate all your primary care needs. Scroll below to see all the benefits of membership!
One-time membership registration fee $150 per family to schedule the initial appointment.

- Your doctor's cell phone number for medical questions after hours. Have 24/7 access to your doctor and receive care through whatever method works best for you – office visits, phone, email, text, or video visits.
- Urgent care appointments which we triage by phone- virtual, in person, or via text!
- Chronic disease management & annual preventative health visits without a co-pay--as many as you need.
- Longer visits. We will take the time you need to develop a trusted patient-physician relationship.
-Deeply discounted generic medications available. Save on chronic and acute medications with some price savings over 90% lower than the lowest available retail price. Shipped to your home or pick up in office.
- Discounted labs, imaging, and pathology testing. Through agreements with national suppliers we are able to pass our prices on to you!​
